RATES

All studio fees go to the maintenance and growth of the studio the equipment and space.

The effort is to grow and build a space that is the best it can be

not make a profit off other photographers!

Monday-Friday Full studio access   $75.00 per hour  minimum 2 hours

Saturday and Sunday studio Access  Half or full day rental only

Weekday Half Day Rental (4 hours including setup and tear down)      $200.00

Weekday Full Day Rental (8hours including setup and tear down)        $400.00

Weekend Half Day rental $400.00

Weekend Full Day rental $800.00

Lighting Technician/Assistant $50.00 per hour 2hr minimum

Plan A

If you wish to make the most of your rental experience and plan to rent frequently then this is the way to go.

Annual enrollment and orientation fee $249.00 (only billed one time for as long as your enrolled in the monthly payment plan)

Monthly service fee $100.00 month (auto billed monthly to your CC)

Your membership and service fee includes one half day rental a month free and 25.00hr studio rental and weekend rental discounts all rental fees to exclude weekend rentals and Assistants fees.

 

 Plan B

Annual enrollment  and orientation fee $249..00 (only billed one time for as long as your enrolled in the monthly payment plan)

Monthly service fee $200.00 (auto billed monthly to your CC)

Your membership and service fee includes 2 full day rental a month free and $25.00 studio rental and weekend rental discounts all rental fees to exclude weekend rentals and Assistants fees.

 

*Fees do not include tax. Tax added at time of rental payment

*Credit Card required to reserve space and assistant. 50% deposit required

 

Cancelation / Re-scheduling policy

All deposits for scheduled  shoots will be fully refunded if canceled within 72hrs prior to the rental date. if canceled less that 72hrs from the rental date no deposits will be refunded. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF DEPOSITS FOR WEEKEND SHOOTS!
